This invite-only wakeboard showdown strips things down to the essentials—just raw talent, style, and creativity behind the boat. With a minimal wake setup, riders will have to rely on pure skill and flow to impress the judges and take home top honors.
SATURDAY, MARCH 29

The Groveland Wakeskate Scrimmage is a high-stakes, one-round super final where wakeskaters get four attempts at the best three-trick line.

A nod to the classic barefoot lap endurance contest, the Great Groveland Barefoot Laps Challenge is a test to see who can barefoot the longest around Lake David. The twist: after the second full lap, the boat will decrease speed by 2 mph and continue to decrease speed by 2 mph on every lap until the skier falls.

The Lake County Junior Flight Jump Invitational showcases the next generation of water sports talent with up to eight junior-level athletes competing in a long-distance jump competition. These young jumpers will push their limits, soaring across the water in a thrilling test of skill, speed, and distance.
